ABOUT ME
I am an IT Officer with 4+ years of professional experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, networking, cybersecurity and technology environments.
My current work focuses on supporting IT operations within a manufacturing environment, including factory, warehouse and office infrastructure. I coordinate with HQ IT teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to implement reliable technology solutions and maintain day-to-day IT operations.
My experience covers IT infrastructure management, Microsoft 365 administration, Windows environments, network administration, firewall and VPN support, CCTV/IP surveillance, IT procurement, asset and license management, vendor coordination and infrastructure projects.
Alongside my professional experience, I continuously develop my knowledge through Microsoft Learn, with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, cybersecurity, cloud networking, Power BI, automation and emerging AI technologies.
I also have practical experience in website development and deployment using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, GitHub, GitHub Pages and Vercel, including custom-domain and DNS configuration.
